Side Stand
I have done a bit of more modification to my scooter. I have now got the local garage to fit a side stand. This side stand is a 40cm long chrome side stand which has been designed for Vespa and Lambretta scooters, however it has worked fine on my scooter, with a bit of modification.
It looks a lot better than the old stand which i had, which was bent. My centre stand has been removed completely, because it was getting in the way of my cornering. (It isn’t nice when driving around a corner leaning as far as you can, and then hearing scraping noises.
My top speed is still the same, and the current clock reading is 43,500. It will last for ages and ages because i need new a cylinder.
How hard is msn to use?
Hard to believe, but i have 900 contacts. My laptop is currently back to the manufacturer after the screen stopped working, i don’t know why it failed. I am borrowing my sisters laptop at the moment, but my MSN login isn’t working it.
The MSN keeps saying that there is an error connecting, so i said fair enough, i will search onto the internet to find a web messenger. The offical microsoft web messenger doesn’t work at all for me. I tryed iloveim, msn2go and ebuddy, and none of them wish to load my contacts. I am about to open a new msn with my angelfire address, however, i cannot get the signup page on the microsoft page to load either.
It is unfortunatly true that i rely on MSN, but its a rather pointless if nobody can access it.
Honda Fes 125
Righto…this is another one of my crazy ideas, but here is the plan which i intend to do this year. I intend to save up about 3,500 quid, and i will, with that money, buy a brand new Honda FES 125 scooter. Its top speed is about 75mph, and it is very fast off the mark. It has a direct fuel injection engine, which makes it very economical, which is about 90-100mpg easy, but it depends on how you drive.
My love for motorbikes and scooters is very big, that i have no intention to get a car, because i personally do not see the point of doing 40mpg when you can do over double that, in more style and comfort.
When you put the sidestand down, the engine automatically cuts out, the seat space has enough space for 2 helmets and it is super-reliable, because i have only seen 2 negative reviews, out of over 100, which i have read over the internet, to make sure this scooter is the best choice. I intend to have a topbox with mine, a big honda one.
Accused of stealing an L-Plate
I have just been accused of stealing an L-Plate from a bike in Penzance by a group of people. I have made a bit of information on my bebo, which says that i do not damage other peoples property.
I like to think of the words ‘don’t dish out what you cannot recieve’. I would be cheesed off if someone stole my L-Plate.

Happy New Year everyone. So far everything has gone well.
My scooter is days from being fixed, it should be fixed on Thursday by a mate. The new lock set came, and it looks like it is better quality than the original, so plan to replace all of the locks, even the 2 which are not needed to be fixed.
It is running fine, despite what happened. I think it is rather lame that someone would cause this damage. I already know the culprit, and i have informed the police. If they can’t do anything about it, i will, he needs to learn to respect other peoples property, and respect the fact i have spent over a thousand pounds on tuning, styling, modifing and improving my scooter, and i cannot afford anything else.
The cost of the damage is only 65quid, but that is not the point. I had no scooter to drive for nearly 2 weeks thanks to this stupid chav.
I want a 125cc…
By the time i get a 125cc, it will be Christmas all other again. The problem is that 6 days ago, on saturday night, someone thought it was funny to attempt to steal my scooter. They failed, and i have to buy a new steering lock and a new lock set. The lock set will be here in a few days time, which is just as well, because i need to get them here as fast as i can. They are coming from Germany, because it is cheaper to pay the shipping and cash on delivery charges, than it is to buy a Genuine Aprilia.
Although it is rather annoying, i think i have found the cheapest and the quickest ways to get around all the problems of costs. A mate of mine, which was there at the time of Saturday night, has offered to repair and fix the damage which someone has caused.
It was an attempted theft, and i have reported it to the police. If anyone has any information, or knows who did it, can they please contact me as soon as possible.

EMA is confusing.
There is a scheme which was created by the government a few years ago…maybe a bit longer ago, which pays students to go to college. Basically, if you do a week which no days off, then you get a payment of either £10, £20 or £30, depending on how much money your parents make, and depending on savings and other strange and confusing factors.
Filling in the paperwork was enough to annoy us, back in August, but it got worse. A few weeks ago, a payment didn’t go in, so i had to go into college, on a day which i usually have a day off, and i had to explain to Student Services, that my attendance was 100%.
I then had to get a piece of paper, which i had to give to my tutor, which she had to sign, and then my payment went in, only 6 days late. I think that was simple.
Unfortunately, i don’t know which days i should and shouldn’t get payment. I assumed that today i should have gotten a payment, but nothing came into my bank account, as i decided to check.
Things are totally confusing, and i don’t understand how i get help during the Christmas period. Looks like i will have to wait until January 8th to get any information about my EMA.
